Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. In most cases customers should allow 30 days for shipping. However, some items still on the shipping container may take longer. We do our best to publish delivery estimates on a per-product basis on both the product listing and product detail pages.
Privacy & Security
We employ industry standard 128-bit encryption to ensure the complete privacy of your data. Sherwood Oak does not store customer credit card details on any of its computers or infrastructure. We are careful to protect and ensure the confidentiality of your personal information. Customer data storage is kept to a minimum and is kept confidential at all times. As a matter of policy, we will not sell or rent any personally identifiable information about you to any third party. We use ‘cookies’ to keep track of your current shopping session. ‘Cookies’ are small text files which our website places on your computer’s hard drive to store information about your shopping session and to identify your computer.
Returns & Replacements
We're confident that our products will meet - and very often excede - your expectations. However, should you find that you want to return the item(s) Sherwood Oak offers a means by which you can do so. In compliance with the September 2006 Distance Selling Regulations,- an EC directive endorsed by the UK Office of Fair Trading - Sherwood Oak provides a seven working day period within which the customer may return the item(s). Please note that carriage costs must be paid by the customer. Items must be returned to the warehouse premises, not to the Sherwood Oak office. This can be done by contacting us at customer.service@sherwoodoak.co.uk, quoting your order number. Upon satifactory receipt of the item(s) Sherwood Oak will refund the the item cost within 30 days, subject to it being received in perfect condition and within its original packaging. Should an item be in an unsatisfactory condition, and you want it replaced, contact customer.service@sherwoodoak.co.uk describing what the problem/defect is, and upon agreement with Sherwood Oak, we will arrange for the item to be picked up and subsequently replaced.
Ordering & Payment
We currently only accept online orders. Upon receipt of an order, you will receive an automated e-mail outlining the details of the item you are purchasing. Should there be any unforseen issues with stock availability, we will ensure to inform you at the earliest possible opportunity. We accept all major UK credit cards.


Viewing Orders
You may view your order status and history by logging into My Account, within which you will see the details you have submitted, such as billing and delivery address.
