We're confident that our products will meet - and very often excede - your expectations. However, should you find that you want to return the item(s) Sherwood Oak offers a means by which you can do so under the following conditions:

 

In compliance with the September 2006 Distance Selling Regulations,- an EC directive endorsed by the UK Office of Fair Trading - Sherwood Oak provides a seven working day period within which the customer may return the item(s).

 

Please note that carriage costs must be paid by the customer. Items must be returned to the warehouse premises, not to the Sherwood Oak office. This can be done by contacting us at returns@sherwoodoak.co.uk, quoting your order number.

 

Upon satifactory receipt of the item(s) Sherwood Oak will refund the the item cost within 30 days, subject to it being received in perfect condition and within its original packaging
