- No, our marketing and sales are done via the Web. People use the Web for several reasons, chief amongst which are price relative to bricks-and-mortar businesses, and the ease by which you can locate and purchase products. We could rent a showroom, but ultimately we would have to pass those costs on to you, the customer. Being a Web-based company helps us to concentrate on what we're good at, and to pass the cost benefits to the customer
- Do you deliver outside the UK?
- We deliver to the whole of UK and Ireland. There is a delivery charge to Ireland, and to the more remote parts of the UK such as surrounding isles, Jersey, Guersey, etc. More details ...
- How long will it take to deliver my items(s)?
- Allow up to 30 days for shipping. In the majority of cases it will be less than thirty days - typically within two weeks. Our shipping rates are calculated on basis of weight and volume and are transparent at the point of order.
- Does the Oak come from Sherwood Forest?
- No, we're not slipping out under the cover of darkness and cutting branches from the Major Oak. The oak is typically sourced from Russia, China, and in some cases Europe. Dark ash wood comes from Northern India and China.

- Cuurently we are only able to accept online payments via secure credit and debit card transactions. We accept most major credit and debit cards; however, we are unable to accept American Express. As part of our fraud mitigation measures, in certain cases we may require further proof of identification to validate a transaction.

- Sherwood Oak employs industry standard 128-bit encryption in all credit and debit card transactions. No card details are stored on any of our organisation's computers/servers. They reside solely within the secure mechanisms of the payment service provider, and ultimately bank IT infrastructure. We categorically do not store your card details.
