Quality.We apply the rule of thumb of not selling anything we wouldn't be proud to own ourselves. Wherever possible we ensure items are solid wood. Occasionally, a minority of items within a range, such as the Toulouse range tables, may have a veneer overlaying solid wood, but should that ever be the case, we ensure that is clearly stated.
SustainabilityAs a matter of good stewardship ensure wood used in the furniture is sourced from sustainable forests. For those particularly mindful of sustainability, you may be interested in our Brooklyn and Santana reclaimed oak furniture. Just in case you're wondering about the name, the wood doesn't come from Sherwood Forest.
Pricing PolicyPrice matching - should you see an identical item on another site, we'll beat their price total (which includes their delivery) in the vast majority of cases. Just supply us with an up-to-date link to the item and we'll get back to you, usually within 24 hours. Discounts - we've all seen it, huge 'discounts' that seem to be applied the year-round. We won't do that. If you see a price it will be a genuine one, and if we apply a discount, it will be be a genuine reduction from an already low price, not an exagerrated discount from an inflated RRP.
